Volume 17 - Day 285/80, 2025 - Sunday

I had another good day, even though I did not go anywhere at all. I did walk with Paul this morning, and after that, I did a hundred little things around the Curious House. Things that no one will ever even notice, and things that I will forget by tomorrow. But, a lot of the little things I have been meaning to do, are now done. There are a couple things I will get done tomorrow, but nothing too great. I am going to have a couple conversations with the girls vet, and see what needs to be taken care of, and if both girls should have his attention at the same time. It was a really pretty day in central Texas, weather-wise, and I expect it will remain so for the next several days. The girls are happy to go outside and lay in the sunshine, and I was really glad to see this adolescent female cardinal (I think) at the seed feeder. I took the hummingbird feeders down for the season a week or so ago, but kept seed in this feeder (see photo). I'm not sure how much longer it will be before most of the birds are gone for the season, but I will appreciate them as long as I can.
