Volume 16 - Day 365/1, 2024 - Monday

I am pretty sure I need this. Honest! It is (I think) built on a '72 CW chassis and frame, and I think it is pretty cool looking. The tag says it has a new motor and 'runs good.' Does anyone have an empty garage space I can rent? In other ridiculous news, it was 89 degrees in central Texas today, 90 degrees on my extra special thermometer. It is the penultimate day in December, and the penultimate day of 2024. Can we get serious here, weather wise? There is supposed to be a cool front coming in overnight, and MAYBE three days with low temperatures at 32 degrees next week, and then a warming trend. I guess I will need to remember to cover the hose bibs on Tuesday afternoon. Whatever. It was a good morning for a walk with Richard and Paul this morning, and I had a couple appointments before I made it in to the office. After doing some office stuff, I had a 2 o'clock appointment in Lakeway, and that appointment accounted for an 80 mile drive...office/Lakeway/Curious House.
