Volume 17 - Day 310/55, 2025 - Thursday

Today has been an interesting day. I was up at 3AM, in a ride to the airport at 4:45. Got to the airport at about 5:15, and hte chaos was chaotic! I got to the gate at about 6:30 (I really don't remember), but it was a while. The flight to Ushuaia was about 3 hours, and then we had the afternoon to ourselves. I did some walking around, some this-and-that. At about 4 o'clock this afternoon there was a knock on my hotel room door, I thought it was room service. Nope! I opened the door and there was 'roommate,' that I did not know about. Very nice man, James (like Bond) who grew up in Vietnam, and now lives in Australia. So, we both assumed we would be roommates on the ship, but NO...and no one can tell me who my roommate on the ship will be. Whatever... Anyway, James and I and his friend Mi had dinner, and now we are in the room (not Mi), trying to get everything coordinated for tomorrow. We are going on a tour of National Parks in Ushuaia, then meet to get on the boat at 3:40. Bags have to be in the lobby by 9AM. So many rules!
