Volume 17 - Day 311/54, 2025 - Friday

Okay, so you all know that today is really Saturday, but it has taken me this long to figure out how to get the WIFI working on my laptop. The good news is, I think I have it figured out, so we are back to the status quo. Friday: We had to have our luggage down in the lobby by 9AM, so that was not a problem. I had mine down by 7:30, had breakfast, checked out of the hotel, and got on a bus to go to the Parque Nacional Tierra Del Fuego. It is a HUGE park, and we made three or four stops there, during the five hour tour. We got back to Ushuaia about 1:30, and we had to meet at 3:30 to be taken to the ship. We had lunch at as well known seafood restaurant, then went shopping for snacks (I bought nothing) and then made a stop at a coffee shop (I had none), then we met up to be transported to the ship. We departed at about 6PM, and we were warned that they were predicting 'gale to strong gale winds,' expected to begin around midnight. Hmmm. We shall see.
