Volume 17 - Day 99/266, 2025 - Wednesday

Warmer this morning, and warmer tomorrow morning. Other than walking this morning and checking the mail, I did not leave the house until late afternoon when Dick, Margie, Samantha and I headed out for dinner. Samantha (Dick and Margie's daughter-in-law) is driving a giant truck from New Orleans to Portland, and this was her first stop. She and Michael (Dick and Margie's son) and moving to Portland, and she still has a ways to go. Maybe she will be there Friday or Saturday. Just drive safely. I still have two items to locate for the CPA...I started with three this morning, I got one sent to him, I have a request in for the other two. One of them should show up in my email pretty soon, the last one may take a little work to get, but I am up for the challenge. It was a beautiful day here at the Curious House, and I did sit a read a little of this months book, The Catcher in the Rye. So far, I am not finding it too terribly interesting, but I have my fingers crossed that it will get better. It is kind of interesting the way it is written, and the point of view of Holden. We are overwhelmed with live oak seed tossles, they are everywhere, on everything, especially me and the girls whenever we go outside. Maybe tomorrow I will get outside after the walk and have something more interesting to post. Fingers crossed.
