It is still really, REALLY windy outside. I think it has been windier this year than it has ever been since I have lived in central Texas. Not just breezy, it is really windy. It was breezy this morning when we walked, and after the walk I was on a zoom meeting for about four hours. That is a LONG zoom meeting. After the meeting, I did a couple real estate things, and then Jimmie and Linda invited me to go to 600 Degrees for dinner. They have been pretty busy for the last week...their son Kevin was married over the weekend in Fredericksburg, and they had out-of-town guests for a couple days. I think they are going to be enjoying the next several days with nothing particular on their schedules. After walking in the morning, I am thinking of going to Home Depot to buy three terra cotta pots...I have three milk weed plants that I am considering putting in pots...hoping to attract some Monarchs in the fall. I have two that I put in the ground last weekend, so I may put some or all in pots to move around. Don't try to reach me after about 3:30 tomorrow afternoon, until about 10...I am planning to be otherwise occupied.Wednesday, April 30, 2025
