So, if it is on the Internet, it has to be true. Accurate? Whatever. I checked with Mrs Google about canned tuna, and how long past the 'best by' date is still okay. Here is what she said: Canned tuna fish in water can often be eaten indefinitely past its 'best by' date, as long as the can remains intact and properly stored... The 'best by' date primarily indicates peak quality, not saety, and canned foods are designed to be shelf-stable. Whatever, but I am still undecided about what to do with the canned tuna fish (in water) that has a 'best by' date in 2012. If you feel strongly about this, let me know. If I wake up dead, ask the coroner to look in the pantry. It was a good morning for a walk, but the walks are very warm and very humid. We will think fondly of these days in December and January when we are very cold. Otherwise, I did not do a lot today. There were several items on my chore list that I got finished, and there are a few more still to be done, but nothing major. I did go to UPS this afternoon and sent Dick and Marge some mail, and that was about it. Tomorrow is the ROMEO Breakfast, and it has been a while since I played, but as of now, I am in. I paid full price for this person ($44), not sure who she is, not even really sure if she is a she, but I apparently thought I needed her, and now I need to find the perfect spot. Or just a spot.Monday, July 28, 2025
