Volume 17 - Day 154/211, 2025 - Tuesday

It was another busy day, and it started at some point, I really can't remember when the day started. I was busy most of the day, but I really can't remember what the hell I did all day long. Okay, for sure, I had lunch with a bunch of colleagues at Old Ebbit, and during that lunch, I participated in a zoom call. After lunch, I went to one of my favorite retailers, only to find out they were closed up and the place was empty. That business was open for over a hundred years. Tragedy. After that, I went back to the hotel. I took a cab, because the Uber driver could not find me, and I got charged $5 for that. I hung out with some colleagues at the hotel, then went to a reception for a while, then back to the lobby bar. Back in the room, I ordered room service, and got the cheapest meal ever from room service. So, all in all a good day. The taxi was cheaper than Uber, the room service was cheaper than going to a restaurant, and the retail place was closed, so I save a shit load of money because of that. Tomorrow, I am going with Holly to watch a friend swim in the Gay Olympics being held here. I expect I will take a few photos during that event, and if you are nice, I might share.
