Volume 17 - Day 162/203, 2025 - Wednesday

Overnight, the rain and thunder woke me up on the hour, beginning at 3:08AM. We had a little over a half-inch in the gauge, and that was good. The same thing is supposed to happen overnight tonight, but we are expecting more than a half-inch of rain. The rain ended before our walk this morning, but I am not sure if we will walk tomorrow morning. I have been feeling kind of lethargic all day today, but it will pass. I ran some errands this morning, and then went to lunch with Jimmie and Linda. I am on a mission for soft food, and honestly, chewing is not an option right now. My next dental appointment, to get all the permanent stuff put in, is July 7th. I will be gumming my way through Europe! The sun finally came out late this afternoon, and that seems to be happening more and more. There were some attractive clouds this morning that I noted during our walk, but last night, there were too many clouds for me to see the full moon. I may try again later tonight, just for the heck of it.
