Volume 17 - Day 232/133, 2025 - Wednesday

Oliver came over at noon and took me to lunch in Georgetown, that was very nice. We went to Gold Burger, I was not that hungry because I forgot he was taking me to lunch, and I had a generous breakfast. He also showed me his new car, and nice, red Honda Civic. He is heading off to Galveston on Saturday (I think) for his first semester at Texas A&M. He will transfer to College Station for his second year. He is a very smart man, he will major in Electrical Engineering. I think. I should pay more attention. We got back to the Curious House in time for me not to be terribly rushed to get to my 2:45 piano lesson. I did not do too badly, considering that I practiced very little since my last class. But, I still did pretty well, and I am actually learning a few things. One of the things I am learning is that the likelihood of me becoming a concert pianist is not very high. But, I am taking the lessons and I am having fun. On the way back to the Curious House, it rained a little but, not enough to inform the media, but it was a little bit of rain. I will let the sprinklers run overnight as they are scheduled, that is how much rain we got this afternoon.
