This is at least the second or third time I have been on a Royal Caribbean ship, and it is always interesting to me that I am obviously not the only person that cannot keep up with what day it is. I only got on this ship yesterday, and I have lost all sense of time. BUT, I am aware of the fact that it is Monday, because it says so in the carpet insert in the elevators. So, at least while I remain on this boat, if I cannot remember what day it is, all I have to do is go find the nearest elevator. Done!
Today was a full day of class. I am taking six days of classes on a seven day cruise. It kind of seemed like a good idea at the time, but now that I am faced with the reality of it all, I might have scheduled a little bit of free time when I was reserving this. I also, however, expect that I will survive and make it through. Today, I learned all about Global Real Estate Transaction Tools. After this cruise, I will need one or two more classes to qualify for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Working with foreign investors will just be one more arrow in my quiver, and much of the stuff I learned (or was refreshed with) was basic information that can be modified and fitted to apply to any real estate investor.
Time for bed.
Deeds, Actions, Changes, WHAT DAY IS IT, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
