Volume 17 - Day 146/219, 2025 - Monday...Memorial Day, 2025

I hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day, and took at least a minute or two to acknowledge why we are celebrating. We started the day with a walk, and it was HOT and HUMID. It was cloudy, no sun for most of the day, but it was HOT and it was HUMID. After the walk and after feeding the girls, I did a little rearranging on the front patio. I am now on a quest for a new water feature for the front patio, but not sure where I am going to find something I like. I considered going to Home Depot and/or At Home to look, but I decided against it. I also decided against going to Old Navy, but there is always tomorrow. Tomorrow I will actually go somewhere, first to the ROMEO breakfast, then a doctors appointment in the early afternoon. That will be the first of FIVE doctors appointments this week. Crazy! It looks like we will have some storms this evening, we were supposed to get rain most of the day, but everything fizzled out. It looks like this will actually happen, and our main concerns are hail, winds and flooding. West of us there are tornado warnings, but so far we are not included in that. We shall see. Right now, we are enjoying rain cooled temperatures, it is only 82 degrees, and breezy. So far, so good.
