Volume 17 - Day 150/215, 2025 - Friday

It was a good morning for a walk, so I did. The storm hit the Curious House about 4 o'clock this morning, and we had just over an inch of rain. We will take it, no questions asked. The rain had stopped by the time we walked, so that was no problem. If you are wondering what the results were from my three appointments yesterday, here it is...'Great news your stress test is normal.' I interpret that to mean that the results from my test was normal, not that it was a normal test. Whatever. After the walk was over, I did a couple loads of laundry, and the third load is in the washer as I write this. The girls also got their monthly pill today, and I went to refill their monthly pill at the new vet, but they won't fill the prescription until they have actually seen the girls, so that is on the calendar for June 9th. I did a couple this-and-that kinds of things around the Curious House, and I got to my 2 o'clock eye doctor appointment at about 1 o'clock. I always think that if I get there early, they may take me early. And they did, I was walking out shortly after 2PM. They dilated my eyes, and this photo was taken four hours after, and they are still dilated. Those pupils remind me of my life in the '70s.
