It is lovely that the clouds and grey skies have given way to beautiful blue skies and the promise of sunshine and a pleasant weekend. And, in fact, the day turned out pretty nicely! The skies were clear, the temperature made it to the mid-60s, and the traffic did not totally suck. It only sucked a little bit! Other than that, it was a pretty quiet day. A little bit of real estate, and then off to get a couple errands done. Tomorrow will be a little bit of usual stuff around the house; clean the chicken coop, drag the plants out into the sunshine, a little bit of this and a little bit of that! And in case you were wondering, the pie will meet its demise on Sunday.Feeling it was time for a shakeup, a company hired a new CEO, and the new boss pledged to rid the company of all slackers immediately. So, on his first tour of the facilities, he noticed a guy leaning against a wall; and since the room was full of his new employees, he wanted to let them know that he meant business. He asked the guy, "How much money do you make a week?" The guy looked kind of surprised, looked back at him and said, "$400 a week. Why?" The CEO said, "Wait right here." He walked back to his office, came back in two minutes, handed the guy $1,600 in cash and said, "Here's four weeks' pay. Now GET OUT and don't come back." He then looked around the room and asked, "Does anyone want to tell me what that goof-ball did here?" And from across the room a voice said: "He's the pizza delivery guy from Domino's"
