This is the photo I took this morning as I was packing up the car to go in to Austin, a beautiful sunrise that is not nearly capturing the beauty in this photographic representation. Squint your eyes, and maybe you can get an idea of how magnificent it was.Right this red hot minute, it is raining again. It has not gotten to the point that I am even close to complaining about it; give it another week and check back with me. So far today, we have recorded 0.35" of rain. Since the beginning of this week's rain event (it started on Tuesday), we have recorded 2.37" of rain in the gauge.
Not too shabby, we will take it, thank you very much.
