Last night was a really late night, and today was a really early day. But all that is now behind me...tonight I will get some extra sleep, so that will be good. My early morning was because I was scheduled for an early morning class at the board. CIPS. Certified International Property Specialist. I have one more class to take for the designation, and I think I will take it on-line over the weekend. Just six hours. I have fulfilled all the other criteria necessary for the designation, and I will knock that class out this weekend.It is supposed to rain over the weekend. Fifty percent chances both Saturday and Sunday. That will be great if it really does rain, that way I can concentrate on completing the class. Otherwise, I also need to cut the grass in the dogs yard, clean the chicken coop and a few other chores that need tending to.
