2014 - Day 277/88 - Saturday...

It is a beautiful day out here on the edge of nowhere.  Clear blue skies, crisp fall-like temperatures (Fummer, according to some in the broadcast industry).  Lows gain tonight in the mid-50's, but up to the low 90's tomorrow and into the next week.  I never count on a real change in the weather here until at least the second week of October, and this year I am changing that prognostication to the second FULL week of October.  Cooler temps are taking their own sweet time getting here, that is for sure.  We do not have any more rain in the forecast until the end of next week, and only a slight chance at that, but the sage up by the road is just blooming its' little (collective) heart out.  Very pretty.

Today sees a UT game (lost to Baylor 28/7) and ACL Fest in full swing.  We avoided going in to the city at all costs, and I am certain that no one missed us.

Deeds, Actions, Changes, FUMMER, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
