Blog hits went up 51% yesterday when I put Emily's photo in the post. Just sayin'.Jody is of the opinion that we have the 17 year variety of crickets, and that they came with the house. We have not seen any crickets outside (although I did see ONE cricket in the garage this morning), and so Jody thinks they were included with the home construction, and once this passes, we will be cricket free for another 17 years.
Mr. Speckles jumped the fence again, and he is still ensconced at the neighbors courting their heifer calf. Unfortunately, it seems Mr. Speckles days as the ruling bull at JBAcres are numbered. That is kind of sad, but once a jumper...we've had him for 9 or 10 years, and he has never jumped before.
