I did even less today than I did yesterday. Swept leaves from around the pool deck, cleaned out the gutters by the garage, cleaned the chicken coop, took out the trash and worked three or four naps in between all that stuff. Jody did take me and the girl dogs for a ride. This is a picture of the Callie girl doing her meerkat imitation during the ride.We got 1.62" of rain overnight, and that was truly surprising. We were expecting (maybe) a half-inch, but it rained pretty steadily and we are happy for that. It is supposed to rain again (maybe) Monday night and into Tuesday, we shall see. Then over the weekend it is supposed to get down to freezing again. Winter in central Texas.
