The Morning Glories on one side of the path have shown some small blooms...this is the second one I have seen on that side. It is the side that has poorer development of the actual plants. The plants on the other side of the path have wonderfully lush leaves and are climbing nicely, but they have not even produced little buds at all. Interesting.
Today was a good day, business is good, office stuff is good, there was a good luncheon sponsored by the Austin Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and I got some GREAT information from it. PERFECT!
President Obama was in town today, so everyone tried to avoid IH-35, which meant EVERYONE was on MoPac. It took me over two hours to get home. But I think it is interesting that the POTUS has been to Austin several times. Says a lot about us I think.
Getting ready to go out of town for a week. I will leave on Monday for Washington, DC and will return on Saturday. Mid-Term Hill Visits are really great, and I like the excitement and the energy. It will be a good time visiting with all our colleagues from across the country and making sure our elected officials know the concerns we REALTORS® have for our profession and for the home buying public. We are pretty good drivers of the economy!
Deeds, Actions, Changes, GLORIES, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
