2011 - Day Three Hundred Sixty Three; Thursday...

We are coming down to the wire boys and girls. Two more days and this old year will be history. Out with the old, in with the New Year...

I think there is always a positive feeling when we begin a New Year, but this time it seems a little bit different. We are actually going into the New Year with clients, customers and business on the books. Smells good for real estate and all of our REALTOR colleagues in the Capital City. Bring it on!

This morning I participated in an Austin Board of REALTORS Governmental Affairs and TREPAC check presentation to Congressman Lloyd Doggett. He is a good man, a friend of the real estate industry, an advocate of what is good for Texans and a long time supporter of property owner rights. He has a tough fight in front of him, and it will be an interesting election year to say the least.

Going in to the office tomorrow for the last time this year.
