It started out with a three-hour session beginning at 9 AM and continued all day. Late afternoon was topped off with the General Session which included a keynote address by Hilary Rodham Clinton. It was a very interesting address and there was a question and answer period following that. Very nice, and I was really happy to attend that.
After that session, there was an evening of retro-fun sponsored by several affiliates of the National Association. It included a Beatles cover group on one floor and an 80's theme on the lower floor. I was sequestered in a side room and the music was VERY LOUD and I cannot imagine how loud it was on the dance floor. IT was a lot of fun, and I was with a great group; Barb, Emily, Kimbrough and Steve. Lots of fun, and it really did make me nostalgic for three decades ago. There is a breakfast tomorrow morning, and then some free time, and then more meetings in the afternoon. Ready for bed now...

irled Peas, FUN!
