I am so very proud that one of my colleagues is also a State Representative. It is not hard enough to be a REALTOR®, but to be a REALTOR® and a State Legislature is the true mark of an over-achiever. I was very happy to be at Celia Israel's fund raiser this evening, and to be able to present her a check on behalf of TREPAC, the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee. It was a great event, and Celia deserves our support and endorsement. Onward to November!And, that was almost the end of the day, but not quite. There was a lot of stuff in the beginning as well, but that was to cherry on the sundae.
Tomorrow I will go to the Highland Lakes Association and spread the advocacy word up there. It is gonna be a FUN bus ride!
