2018 - Day 275/90 - Tuesday...1580...

Just a little bit more rain this afternoon on the Edge of Nowhere. About 5/100". Better than a trace, and enough that I can postpone watering for several more days. Supposed to be drying up the next couple days, but there are rumors of more rain coming back in the seven-day forecast. Plenty okay with us. It was in the high 80s again this afternoon, so I give it another ten days or so before any real cool down happens. In my opinion, the major temperature change happens after the 14th of October. It has been pretty accurate for the last ten or fifteen years, too. I was taking a look at one of the properties we are renovating, and this little antique rose bush is in the way. It is going to get dug up and transplanted to the edge of nowhere, and it will (hopefully) thrive with a little care and attention. The bud in this picture is about the size of a nickel, very tiny and delicate. We shall see.

Tomorrow has a few things in the morning (a taping at TAR) and then office work in the afternoon. Have I mentioned lately that I am the luckiest man in the world? Believe it!

Deeds, Actions, Changes, ROSES, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
