2018 - Day 302/63 - Monday...1616...

As I have reported in previous journal entries, the cooler weather has caused a rejuvenation of the flora around the edge of nowhere. These shrimp plants have come into their own in the last couple days, and that is nice. They are generally fall bloomers, and we like that. On a sad note, two of the three plumeria look as if they have been hit by frost. I do not think that is possible, but could they have drowned from all the heavy rains? Mikey? The one you gave us (that survived) is still going, but it looks a little worse for the wear. I hate it. I love plumeria!

We are happy to be back home. We stayed in Austin last night, because Jody had a series of doctors appointments this morning, the first was SCHEDULED for 8:30, the second was SCHEDULED for 9:15, same office. I am kind of tired of talking about this...we finally made it in to one of the waiting rooms at 9:40. Unbelievable that professionals can do this to their clients. These appointments were made MONTHS ago, and we made the appointment to be FIRST for the day, so there would not be any back-ups.

So much for that.

Deeds, Actions, Changes, APPOINTMENTS, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
