According to this sunrise, it was a pretty darned good start to the day. It stayed pretty good, too, for the most part. What day does not have its' ups and downs? What peak does not have a valley? What closing does not get postponed? BAH!But really, it was a good day. I got into the office a little bit early and got a little bit of power real estate done before heading off to a Top Producer Forum at the Board of REALTORS®. It was an opportunity for me to speak to many colleagues about TREPAC and the value of investing in their careers and their futures, so that is always a positive thing.
After that meeting, it was back to the office, via Upper Crust, and more desk clearing. I was able to get a couple lease applications approved, spoke with some landlords, made arrangements to show some property with buyer clients tomorrow, and just in general did a lot of coordinating, which is what we all do.
Poor television selections tonight, will sleep in a little while tomorrow, planning to move some hay bales tomorrow after breakfast, before showing property.
