2018 - Day 188/177 - Saturday...1568...

It was a good and productive day, even though we only got about 27 drops of rain. All around us got inches of rain, but we got nada. We drove through monsoon rains and flooded streets in Georgetown, and we got nothing. 27 drops. I did, however, get ALMOST everything watered in a single day! Conveniently, the winds died down long enough that I could water the two big iris beds, those are usually the most difficult areas to water, they are pretty expansive. BUT, those are watered, everything else is or will be watered by the end of the day. And there is a pretty nice sunset working its' way into the annals of this blogosphere.

Not too bad.

The littlest chicks have begun experiencing the world of free-ranging, and so far they are all still accounted for. They get a little bit confused when they get into the big girls pen, but eventually, sometimes with a little encouragement from me, they work their ways back into their own pen. Tonight when it is time to put them to bed will be the real test. I think they will all be in their own respective quarters, chickens are like that.

Deeds, Actions, Changes, SUNSETS & CHICKS, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
