Glory be...we had rain last night. Just a little bit over an inch, but really cool winds (29 miles per hour gusting to 38 per our anemometer) and lots of lightning. We are delighted with the rain, and even the cracks in the ground have closed up, if even temporarily. We will take whatever we can get.Flowers of a different sort are blooming now, so I thought I would share a couple photos with you. Unfortunately, the winds last night most likely blew my Internet Antenna out of kilter, so my connection is even less reliable than usual, so this will be a short post.
