Rain and storms overnight, I was in Austin, so I missed it, except for the rain part. The girl dog is not that cooperative when she wants under the covers. Lots of heavy breathing and stuff like that, usually not a bad thing under the covers, but when it's the girl dog...well...you know... We recorded 1.53" overnight, and another 0.37" so far today, and it was still dribbling when I got home.The day started with rain, and then it was off to the office for some power real-estate. Then off to the Texas Association of REALTORS® for a preview of the 2017 Legislative Session. This is a photo of me paying attention to the words from Daniel Gonzales, giving us the skinny on what to expect from our elected official this session. Fasten your seat belts, it will be an interesting session!
