We had record cold weather for the last two or three days, and today, we were in the 70s. Supposed to be 80 by Wednesday. Then cooler again over the weekend, and we are expecting some rain. We had the wood stove going for about a week, but we are letting it burn down now, and I will clean out all the ash on Wednesday or Thursday, just in time to get it all fired up again for the weekend. It is not expected to go below freezing, and the next nine days looks like the low temperature will be 44 degrees. We can handle that.
SO...since we are expecting rain over the weekend, this is a great time to get the breech in the new tank repaired. The guys will start working on that tomorrow and hopefully it will be just a one day job. We shall see. Then we are going to do some work on the fences, change some gates, add some gates, this-and-that. There is still some water in both tanks back there, but no time like the present to get it fixed, especially if we can get so water in the tank over the weekend. Fingers crossed.
Deeds, Actions, Changes, STOVES, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
