2017 Day 60/305 - Wednesday...
This is what a wonderful, spring time day is supposed to be like on the edge of nowhere. The high temps were in the mid-60s today, winds from the north came in about mid-morning. I know you cannot really tell, but the flags show that the winds are from the north. It is pretty easy for us, we just check the flags or the turbines to see which way the winds are blowing. This is the view from the home office, looking from the porch to the drive.
Again, we are all relatively pleased that the humidity has been reduced as a result of the wind change, there will be plenty of time to bitch and moan and groan about the heat and stupidity very soon. The edge of nowhere is usually a place of extremes; too hot, too cold, too dry, too wet, too something. Wonderful spring days (even on the first of March) are too few and far between to go unnoticed. And in the fall, the lovely few days of crisp cool temperatures are usually gone before we really get a chance to appreciate them.
Deeds, Actions, Changes, NORTH WINDS, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
