2017 - Day 82/283 - Thursday...

It is still pretty dark when I leave for work in the mornings (thank you very much Daylight Saving Time), but this morning there was a little hint of the coming sunrise. It was much prettier as the sun got higher in the sky, but by then I was on IH-35 and even I cannot get a good shot when going down the expressway. Well, I could actually, but I didn't. But this is kind of pretty, so put your imaginations to work. Things will never really be back to normal here, but things will calm down and we will settle into another routine. We both slept comfortably last night, and that was excellent. Joel is not staying in the bed as late as he would be otherwise, but I think that will work itself out. He did get a nice long nap this afternoon. Another thing that is an improvement is that AT&T got our landline working. It took two service folks, about an hour to report that it had been repaired and that there was nothing wrong with it. BUT, we can now receive incoming calls and the caller ID works again. Interesting description of the LACK of a problem, and as well all know, things don't break at a convenient time. Our friend Michael and Lynda reported a trip to the Willow City Loop, and that the wildflower display is really excellent this year. I think we are going to plan a day trip out there late next week. We shall see. Deeds, Actions, Changes, SUNRISES, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
