2017 - Day 220/145 - Tuesday...

I think the rains from yesterday will get us through Friday...maybe Saturday...without having to water. Perhaps we should have considered the unintended consequences of transplanting and adding so much to the landscaping. Honestly, I NEVER considered the time, energy and expense of watering the transplanted and newly installed landscaping. We have more planned, but we will certainly consider that when the time comes. Maybe more should be done in the fall/winter and not so much in the spring/summer. BUT...one of the relocated Iris has decided it was not the worst thing that could happen, and it bloomed about five days ago. I think that means that something is going correctly, if not everything. Today was a pretty good day...I showed property to some clients, and met with an owner that has a listing with me. Getting all the details done, and then there was the ever present office stuff to keep up with. Traffic for the last couple days has not been too awful, but school will be back in session in about two weeks, and that will make a really big difference.
