I hope everyone enjoyed their Father's Day.
So, if a tree falls over in the front of the property, and there is no one around to witness (let alone hear) the said tree falling over, has it really fallen over? Or is it just another instance of people from the city putting their dead trees in the car and driving out into the country and dumping them in other peoples front yards, expecting us country folk to take care of it. Kind of like McDonald's bags and beer cans. There is NO traffic on these County Roads, but you would think it was a highway with the amount of litter that ends up along side the roads.
There were major accomplishments around here today. Miguel came out to work and he brought two others with him. I spent several hours cutting 'at' grass in the front and was not accosted by a single bee, most likely because I was 'suited up' and the object of great humor to the men that came out with Miguel. AND I was working all around that tree this morning, and I really would like to know when it fell over. But, things are looking much better, so we are off to a good start, now there is maintaining it. It will never end.
Deeds, Actions, Changes, DEAD TREES, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
