2012 - Day 182/184 - Saturday...

Today is the last day of June.  WOW!

I would like you to meet Audrey and three of her six children.  They were schlepping in a bus and truck tour of Little Shop of Horrors up in Cedar Park, and they were looking for donuts and the last truck pulled out and they ended up sedentary, and you know what happens when physics takes over.  One thing leads to another and then you end up the size of a Volkswagen, and then what are you gonna do?  Well, in this case, you have the Century Plant equivalent of gastric by-pass surgery, and you get put in a home on the edge of nowhere.  Really?

REALLY!  These plants were at Martha's house in Cedar Park and they just got too big, so instead of just chopping them up and doing away with them, they are now residing on the circle in front of the house.  A little water in the morning and hope for the best.  Even though everyone says you can hardly kill them, they are not aware of my prowess for destruction.

We shall see...

We got the Mule back today, so all is good there.  Amazing how handy that thing comes in when you are trying to go from here to the back end of the farm. Or even just to schlep something to the front barn or something.  A very useful device.

Pulled weeds, trimmed some bushes, did a little bit of this-and-that.  Had a really nice nap.  Tomorrow is another day.

Enjoy your extra second this evening.

Deeds, Actions, Changes, AGAVE, Kindnesses, Whirled Peas, FUN!
