One of my dearest friends used to say 'Dogs is different than cats'. I wholeheartedly agreed with his statement. In this case, vistas of clouds and (a near) sunset in an urban setting are different than they are if you happen to be near the edge of nowhere (which is further away than the middle of nowhere).
