Volume 14 - Day 79/286, 2022 - Sunday

By the time you see the sun set, it's already gone. Curvature of the earth and all that. Today was an unbusy day, compared to yesterday. I did some stuff, like cleaning and filling the hummingbird feeders, straightened the garage a little bit, cleaned the floors (they are epoxied) in the garage, transplanted and consolidated some of the outdoor plants, went to brunch, took a nap. Stuff like that. Later, I covered the furniture on the front patio, brought cushions in from the furniture on the back patio, moved a few plants around to keep them from flying off. We are in a 50/50 zone for storms, tornadoes, and 2" hail tomorrow. It should start around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and it should all be over by midnight. I hope I will be back from Austin before the whole thing starts. We shall see. The walk this morning was pretty nice. No gloves, it was in the 50's, and very little breeze. That may be different tomorrow, and the rest of the week, the low temperatures are expected to be back down in the 40's. My work schedule is really pretty sparse for the coming week, and that is totally okay with me.
