Volume 12 - Day 286/80, 2020 - Monday

It was a busy day today, but lots of work got done. We are getting ready for our TREPAC Orientation, so there is a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on. Doing virtual is a lot more complicated that live meetings, lots of details and lots of logistics to work out to make it all seem seamless. When it looks really easy, that is nothing but the result of a lot of work having been done. Wall-to-wall meetings, lunch, some tapings then about an hour to catch up with reality, and then we headed off to Bastrop for our annual dinner, a stop at Buccee's, and then a quick photo in front of the Bastrop Sugar Shack, then back to the hotel. We will start again tomorrow morning at 8:15, a zoom at 10:30, and then another zoom at 1 in the afternoon. So, when we were in Bastrop, we stopped at a red light, and Queen Elizabeth was in the truck next to us. You never know what you might see when you are driving down the road, but I am pretty sure we are all thankful for phones with cameras!
