Volume 13 - Day 90/275, 2021 - Wednesday

So, in the tradition of traditions, and going forward in the 13th year (and most likely the final year) of this tradition, I guarantee that you will all be sick of iris photos before too much longer. The magnificence of the blooms varies from year to year, and this is not going to be an exceptional year, dang it. They would have been better if we had not been plagued with the severe ice storm back in February. It made a lot of flora go asunder. But, there will be more wonderful years to come, and I hope that next year they will all be amazing a new owner of the farm property. Today was a busy day, several zooms, lots of stuff accomplished at the office, and then off to the farm. I have decided that, by the power or observation, that there are either fleas or mites in the chicken coop. I am going to go with fleas as the diagnosis, and that is a terrible realization. However, they should be under control within a week or so, just another something you deal with when you live in the country. Lots of critters make lots of opportunities for lots of challenges.
